Description

The Peck's Skipper is a small butterfly belonging to the Hesperiidae family, commonly found in North America. Males are distinguished by a prominent bright orange patch on the underside of their hindwings, often with a row of yellow spots. Females are typically darker brown with more subdued markings. Both sexes have a robust body and exhibit a characteristic rapid, darting flight.
