Description
This butterfly has black dorsal wings, often with iridescent blue or green bands, and a red band on the hindwings. The ventral side of the hindwings is cream or white with striking black concentric lines forming a pattern resembling the number '80', complemented by a prominent red band on the ventral forewing.
