Identification TipsThe most reliable identification feature is the prominent white 'M' mark on the underside of the hindwing. Look for the iridescent blue on the upper side when the wings are open.

Description

A small, dark butterfly with iridescent blue on the dorsal side of its wings. The underside is grayish-brown with a distinctive white line forming an 'M' shape on the hindwing, often accompanied by small tails and orange/blue spots.
