Lifecycle NotesLarvae are slender, green or brownish caterpillars that feed on host plant leaves. They pupate in a flimsy cocoon among leaves or in the soil, overwintering as pupae.
Identification TipsDistinguished by its creamy-white, speckled wings with faint wavy cross-lines. Males have strongly bipectinate (feathery) antennae. Can be differentiated from the similar Common White Wave (*Cabera pusaria*) by its more distinct speckling and often more wavy cross-lines.
Description
A small, delicate moth with creamy-white to white wings finely speckled with grey or brown, featuring two to three faint, wavy, greyish cross-lines.
